Managing Partners
Senior Partners
The Senior Partner is also an executive that shares and supports the responsibilities of the Co-Managing Partners. Working with the Managing Partners, the Senior Partners focus on the firm's operations to maintain the firm's success.
Legal Professionals
Associate Attorneys
Associate Attorneys are our trial litigators. They are involved in preparing and presenting opening statements, direct and cross-examinations, and closing statements. Our Associate Attorneys will research, analyse, and develop case theories, themes, and prepare arguments to develop and present a strong case for trial.
Junior Associate Attorneys
Junior Associate Attorneys work with the lead Associate Attorneys to gain first-hand experience to learn and develop litigation skills through workshops, coaching, and practice. They will help develop the teams case and play an instrumental role in the teams success.
Research and Analysts
Testimony Expert and Analysts
Testimony Expert and Analysts play an integral role in the team and the firm. They will analyse witness testimony and affidavits, evidence of the case, and then display their impromptu capabilities and acting skills as they embody the witness in trial. Witnesses will develop strategy and skills to face direct and cross examinations in trial.
Paralegal
The Paralegal will direct and lead the teams research by analyzing case law, previous trial testimony, affidavits, evidence, and support the team in developing strong case theories. They will aid the team in trial by quickly scanning evidence, working to impeach witnesses, and by serving as a courtroom timer in trials.
